Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the solar and electronic products manufactured or supplied by Sunyotta.com from Manufacturer for a period of Defined By Manufacturer years from the date of purchase till Warranty Period.
2. Warranty Period The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser /Customer. Proof of purchase must be provided to validate the warranty claim.
3. Warranty Service If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the Manufacturer will, at its option, either (1) repair the defective Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the defective Product According to the Policy.
4. Exclusions and Limitations This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or external causes such as acts of nature.
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of the Manufacturer.
- Products that have been modified or altered without the written permission of the Manufacturer.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any non-Product related services, including but not limited to installation or removal of the Product.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, you must contact the Manufacturer’s customer service department at Provided on Warranty Service Card of on Products during the Warranty Period to receive instructions on how to return the Product. You must return the Product in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection.
6. Limitation of Liability The Manufacturer’s liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product as provided above. In no event will the Manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, or loss of data, even if the Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan as agreed vow by the Govt. with Manufacturers, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
8. Severability If any provision of this limited warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
